Our packages start at $150 for 30 cups (Starter), $250 for 50 cups (Basic), $375 for 75 cups (Party), and $500+ for 100+ guests (Elite Festival). Every package includes on-site service by Keith. Additional cups are $5 each. Call 770-728-2076 for custom quotes on large or multi-hour events.
Yes! We serve all of Metro Atlanta and beyond — Conyers, Decatur, Marietta, Stockbridge, McDonough, Lithonia, Lawrenceville, Kennesaw, Roswell, Alpharetta, Smyrna, Douglasville, and more. We travel statewide across Georgia; a travel fee may apply for locations more than 30 miles from Conyers. Just ask when you book.
There's no hard cap on guests — our Elite Festival package starts at 100 cups with a custom quote and unlimited guests. For large events like festivals and corporate days, we scale service accordingly. The Party package covers up to 75 guests comfortably, with $5 per additional cup.
Absolutely. Keith arrives early to set up, operates for the full service window, and cleans up completely before leaving. You don't lift a finger. The truck is fully self-contained — no power or water hookup required from your venue, ever.
Yes! We have 40+ flavors and can suggest combinations to match your event theme, school colors, wedding palette, or party decor. Want red and black for a Georgia Bulldogs party? Blue raspberry for a gender reveal? Tropical flavors for a luau? Just let us know your theme when you book and we'll make it happen.
For summer weekends (Atlanta's peak season), we recommend booking 3–4 days in advance. For weekday events and off-peak months (fall and winter), 1–2 days is usually sufficient. Call 770-728-2076 to check current availability — we can often accommodate same-day and next-day requests.
No — Polar Express Ice is 100% self-contained. We bring our own power and water supply. We can set up in a parking lot, field, street, or backyard. Any outdoor location in Metro Atlanta or across Georgia works. No venue infrastructure required.

With Atlanta hosting multiple FIFA World Cup 2026 matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, we're actively booking watch parties, tailgates, corporate hospitality events, and neighborhood viewing parties for June and July 2026.
